🚀 WORKOUT LINEUP HAS DROPPED 🚀

The 2026 Thanksgiving In-House Competition is only TWO weeks away! Here is what you can expect:

🗓️ Saturday, November 14th
⏰ 8:00am–1:00pm
👫 TEAMS OF 3
💰 $100 per team
📍 CrossFit Identity - Briarcliff

As always, we will run a tight schedule and wrap things up by 1:00pm so you can get on with your Saturday.

👫 Teams: Groups of 3 athletes, any gender combination (MMM, FFF, MFF, MMF). Female athletes will have converted scores, weights, and movements. Each team may include a maximum of 1 coach & 1 non-CFID member and/or CFID Alumni.

💰 Every dollar goes to the Atlanta Leadership Club (https://www.atlantaleadershipclub.org/what-we-do) to help provide Thanksgiving dinners for underprivileged children & families in Atlanta.

📋How to Sign Up: The back of the whiteboard at the front of the gym is now our official sign-up sheet. Write down your teammates, team name, and division (RX, Scaled, Intermediate).
