Sarah Brooks has been a part of The Training Room ATL team since October 2020, and we’re thrilled to have her on board! Sarah coaches the Lean Class in our facility every Friday evening.

Her favorite thing about being a coach? “The hype energy I get from our members heading into the weekend is so inspiring!”

When she isn’t coaching at The Training Room ATL, Sarah works as a physical therapist. She loves being able to combine her passion for health and wellness with her career goals of helping people achieve their best bodies! We love Sarah for her enthusiasm and positive attitude - it really helps create an enjoyable, motivating atmosphere for all of our members.
