Roswell X-Treme Fit, Inc. Our work at RxF is geared towards functional fitness through a wide array of physical fitness challenges utilizing varied techniques daily.

What we do:

We are a group of individuals who gather in small numbers to train our bodies for functional fitness using varied methods and equipment to empower each athlete to reach his/her desired fitness goal. What makes us different:

Your personal fitness goals and physical abilities will always be the focus of our training. When you begin your Fitness journey with us, our first step will be t

o determine what motivates you, what your overall goals and objectives are and record your Body Composition measurements so that we have a way to measure your progress along the way. You will be challenged each time you walk through our doors, but you will never be defeated nor regret the effort you put forth! We believe in making play out of our workouts, keeping each WOD (workout of the day) varied, never monotonous … just ask a few of our athletes!
