Beat the Stress: Release & Relax is a multi-week fitness series designed to bring movement, mindfulness, and relief directly to you—right in the Bookstore and Library.
Through yoga, Pilates, and dance-inspired movement, each session creates space to release tension, recharge your energy, and reconnect with your body in the middle of a busy academic season. Whether you need a moment to breathe, stretch, or simply step away from studying, these classes are here to support both your physical and mental well-being.
All sessions are designed to be approachable, grounding, and effective—no experience needed.
Just come as you are and take what you need.
