I’m Jazz () Creator & Founder here at The Serving Girl Company!

I wanted to drop in with a quick hello — Hello 👋🏾 and also a short message.

If you’ve been following us for a while you might know that The Serving Girl Company is a restaurant culture and lifestyle brand I created to help restaurants enhance their guest experiences and improve their restaurant cultures.

I also created TSG to showcase all the amazing black creatives in hospitality that I’ve connected with over the years.

I am truly blessed to have worked with so many amazing businesses and brands! I can wait to continue this journey with you all by my side 🙂

The moment I focused less on “making tips” and more on creating an experience, was the moment I grew professionally, as well as, personally.

For those who are new to The Serving Girl Company, and even those who are following along and not quite sure what we do, here’s a little bit about why we are here.

Ultimately, we are here to serve people better, in a real, authentic way, a way that helps to develop friendships, communities and lasting relationships.

There is power in being of service to others, fundamentally this is what I believe and from where I developed my company values and our philosophy.

Our exchanges are not just transactional, in the smaller moments, in the details, the language, the welcome, we have the ability to create moments that will last a lifetime.

That’s hospitality and that’s why we are here. To show up as our best, serve the best food and drinks, be intentional about providing the best care we can and supporting each other as we grow - this is what I call serving with ❤️
