If you’ve been following us for a while, you already know what we are about. Muay Thai done right, in a gym where beginners are just as welcome as seasoned athletes. We’ve done it before and it went well- so we’re doing it again. We’re putting together something specifically for people who have been curious about Muay Thai but haven’t taken that first step yet. Cookie learned the art of being a fighter, a trainer, creator of champions, and a master of his art the way it’s been passed down for generations. On the mats, in Thailand, the hard way. That knowledge doesn’t gather over months or years, it comes from decades on the mats, in the coaches corner, and at the ringside. It comes from decades of absorbing what most of us will only get a glimpse of. This seminar is that glimpse. Spend an afternoon of learning, nerding out over Muay Thai with friends and all that it teaches us, getting exposed to brand new ideas, and getting fired up with fresh motivation in your training. Hey Renegades! The weather is beautiful, travel season is coming up, and work is relentless. It’s the perfect time to find excuses to take your foot off the gas with your progress. From May 15th-June 15th, we are issuing a FREE challenge to show up for yourself. Finish 15 classes between May 15th and June 15th and take home a sense of accomplishment and a Renegade Roots water bottle.
