As a young girl my dream was to always do something that would encourage others, mainly women to live positive, healthy life styles and becoming a Zumba Fitness Instructor was the first step. The most important thing about Zumba is to let the music move you to a place where you forget that you are working-out and just enjoy the party. I have yet to meet someone that has taken a Zumba class and it has not changed their life. Join me as we continue to take change the world one party at a time.

We are collecting new or gently used suitcases, backpacks, or duffel bags for The Center for Children and Young Adults in Marietta, GA.

​Thank you for bringing me safely to the morning of this beautiful Friday. As the week draws to a close, I pause to thank you for your faithfulness, your protection, and your grace that carried me through every high and low.
​Please fill my heart with your peace today. Clear away any lingering stress or fatigue from the week, and replace it with your strength and joy. Guide my steps, my words, and my thoughts so that I can finish my tasks with excellence and kindness.
​I ask for your continued blessings and protection over my family and loved ones. Keep them safe, healthy, and wrapped in your love. May this day be a reminder of your goodness, and may the upcoming weekend be a time of true rest, laughter, and renewal for our bodies and souls.

In 2006, I was involved in a car accident that could have taken my life, but instead left my left foot severely injured. In that last second, as I thought my life was about to end, I called on the name of Jesus, and God spared my life and foot.

In 2010, Zumba entered my life and the reason for God saving my foot. He had a purpose. For 15 years, you have allowed me to share my passion and my purpose with you on the dance floor.
