Happy Monday All ☀️ I hope everyone is keeping safe and maintaining a healthy immune system during these times. This green smoothie is one of the ways I boost mine thanks to . It is sooooo good 😋 Here are the ingredients:
Ginger, turmeric, almond milk, strawberries, pineapples, a slice of lemon and spinach leaves.
Please don’t add too much ginger, it will knock you into next week 😩In what ways are you boosting your system?
