Boxing just looks easy, it’s not easy to stay composed and in your stance and keeping your hands up while someone is throwing punches at you but you gotta start somewhere, sparring is always needed so you can see what you have to work on, anyone can be a beast on the mitts and heavy bag but fighting an actual person is a different story
