Dance and Fitness instruction for adults only. Zumba, Cardio Funk, Salsa, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Tap, NIA, Tabata and Barbells. Check out our website for class times.

On 8/26 ( only ) there is no Zumba Class. Have no fear, Cardio Dance Funk is still on at 11 am.

Part of our celebration tradition, Dance It Off Sandy Springs will once again dance in the parking lot after Cardio Dance Funk. Join us at 11:15 am on August 22 - Saturday. Bright clothing or our logo black tank top and a big smile are all that is required. By the way, 15 years is worth a little cheer !!!

Dance It Off Adult Troupe is looking for amateur Jazz dancers between 18-55 years to audition for their Musical Theater Cabaret on SUNDAY, AUGUST 9 from 2:45-4:15pm. We rehearse on Sunday afternoons from 1:00-5:00pm. However, if you are only a dancer and not a singer you will not be needed all 4 hours most of the time. We do allow for excused absences.
