The nitty-gritty:
From social media to newsletters, to making Canva promos, to Google ads, you’re a go-getter with a can-do attitude who loves to take charge - but also can delegate to a
team (trust us, you’ll want to)! While we’re a small business, we have a lot going on - in the best way! The IMC Manager will rely on their team and communication with the
team of other managers to complete their daily/weekly duties.
While the position may be remote, the manager should expect to work in-studio according to a set schedule with the owner, especially if not already familiar with the studio ins/outs.
â—Ź Social: Create short and long form content, from social media content to press releases, editing/proofing, brand alignment and more
â—‹ Curate content on IG, Facebook and TikTok (and run analytics)
â—‹ Develop social media campaigns both for both organic and paid media
â—‹ Delegate and manage editorial calendar/collison calendar with Marketing team
â—Ź PR
â—‹ Respond to reviews in Mindbody/Google/Yelp
â—‹ Prepare and research crisis comms or distribute announcements related
to studio closures due aligning with CDC guidelines; must be comfortable
with following government and health guidelines set forth from city and
county ordinances.
â—Ź Newsletters:
â—‹ Curate, edit and distribute weekly newsletter, familiarity with distribution
lists reconciliation and analytics a plus
â—‹ Pull distribution lists biweekly from Mindbody, align with MailChimp
â—Ź Branding:
○ Ensure brand alignment across all Media for studio’s Vision, Mission and
Values
â—‹ Synchronize storytelling, brand identity and development of the Sky Gym
narrative across brands and services in accordance with Sky Gym brand
guidelines.
â—Ź Staff Incentives/Education
â—‹ Ensure staff are educated on social media policies
â—‹ Edit staff email
â—Ź Client Incentives (In-house)
○ Create and manage monthly “wincentives” along with ambassador leadand assistant to owner
â—Ź Client Engagement
â—‹ Engage and respond to customer inquiries on social media (now under
Community Relations)
â—‹ market in house and external events (Work with events coordinator and
Community Relations/Sales Manager)
â—Ź Videography/Graphic Skills a plus:
â—‹ Creating graphics in Canva/photoshop as needed
â—‹ Editing clips in any film editing software
â—‹ Graphic design a plus
â—‹ Photo/video shooting/editing
â—Ź Managerial skills:
â—‹ hire and build a team of marketing ambassadors, must be able to delegate
work to a team!
â—‹ Boutique fitness studio experience a plus, but not required

The Basics:
â—Ź Must be a team player and communicate effectively across multiple channels
(Email, Band, MindBody).
