We thought we were building a gym.

Turns out, we were building so much more. ❤️

We’ve watched strangers become best friends.
We’ve watched people find confidence they thought they’d lost.
We’ve celebrated babies, birthdays, weddings, new jobs, new chapters and huge life moments.
We’ve watched people walk through some of their hardest seasons and never have to do it alone.

Yes, we came here to get stronger.
But somewhere along the way, NFTF became so much more!

The workouts are important.
But the people? That’s what makes this place SO special 🫶
