Divas In Defense provides women with the necessary self-defense tools to defend themselves in rape attacks, domestic violence, personal attack or car jacking. We also train in self-defense products such as stun guns, pepper sprays, tasers and more.

It doesn’t always start with visible bruises. Sometimes it starts with control, jealousy, isolation, or pressure.
During Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month, let’s educate ourselves and protect our teens by having honest conversations about what healthy relationships truly look like.
