Hi friends! ✨Today I was reminded of the magic of Pilates from a client and wanted to share... She is recovering from a bad shoulder injury and hasn’t done much physical activity since October. Today she came back and said that today was the first time she had “worked out” pain free since before her injury and she was *so excited*. 🤩 Those words warmed my heart so much, because my ultimate goal is to get people moving functionally and joyfully... with excitement! .
