Team, this week is about preparation, discipline, and ex*****on!

Our training schedule is posted, so plan your week NOW. Don’t wait until you’re hungry, tired, or running late to figure out what you’re going to eat. Meal prep is part of your training! 🍱

Tonight, take some time to:
✅ Meal prep for the week
✅ Get your water ready
✅ Lay out your training clothes
✅ Review your training times
✅ Get your mind right for the week ahead
✅ Get a GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP! 😴

Remember: You don’t win the week on Friday—you win it one day at a time.
