Back by popular demand....our Youth class for those entering grades 6th- 8th.
Beginning June 2 through July 28th (no class July 21st).
Focusing on strength (proper lifting form, getting comfortable moving weights, and the different lifts) as well as conditioning (yes, some running is involved but not every week).
This will be a fun opportunity for kids to challenge themselves as well as a little friendly competition with their peers in class.
