Fit Forward

Fit Forward Each session will be lead by a certified personal trainer and are designed to effectively maximize the results of each client with a full body 45 min workout.

The Fit Forward philosophy is based on interval training consisting of high, medium and low intensity workouts repeated over short burst of time combining cardiovascular exercise with weights and resistance equipment throughout the facility. All training sessions are limited to 6 people to enable all instructors to give personal instruction to each client if needed. Fit Forward training sessions a

Check out Tonya’s story, and decide to begin you own!

“This is a tough post/review to type however if it helps one person it’s worth it! A year ago this week I looked in the mirror and couldn’t believe the healthy athletic girl had turned into a morbidly obese woman. It must of happened over night. You might think she was lazy and was overeating. That’s the furthest thing from the truth. I rarely ate and tried to be as active as possible but the weight had literally took over my life. My blood work was a mess, my mind was a mess and clearly my physical appearance was a mess. My Sister in law invited me to Fit Forward Boot Camp in Sugar Hill.Georgia. I thought to myself I can’t make it on a walk down the street! How can I do boot camp. Well it was the best decision of my life. I was scared but took the first step! I walked in through the doors and started an incredible journey. What I thought was going to be a dreadful workout became a place of peace! The entire gym welcomed me with open arms! They became fast friends which today feels more like family! They encouraged me every single day of my journey! Without all the incredible trainers and gym friends I’ve met along the way I wouldn’t be where I’m at today! I will be forever grateful for each and everyone of them! They literally gave me a new take on life. Perfect blood work, no medicine, body fat went from 39 to 25, 62 pound weight loss and so much more! I hope this encourages someone to take the first step! It was so hard and continues to be hard but the reward has been worth every single moment! You owe it to yourself to check out Fit Forward or another gym close to you! Your future self will thank you for taking care of YOURSELF! Forever thankful! Cheers to getting healthy and happy!”
