🗣 LAST SET, BEST SET 🗣‼️ But it won’t always be pretty. Got off to a shaky start but still determined to keep going 💪🏾 Learning how to stay consistent and keep control has gotten me this far in my fitness journey ☺️. I’ve been into pause reps lately and let’s just say WHEW 😅 My body is feeling it , while reaping the benefits. 4 x 6 Pull - Ups , Goal is to eventually do 20 straight 😬, Nothing too crazy, right 🙃⁉️ Pull - Up Game , STRONG 🦾
