🚨 BRAG on my son POST & photo dump!!! 🚨

This past weekend I stepped out of my comfort zone to stepped onto the stage to compete in a
Mens Physique competition at the Battle of West Georgia. I started this journey because somewhere a few years ago I lost myself. I got trapped in a viscous cycle of life that allowed me to be a victim to life’s ups and downs. I asked Bryce Reese if he would coach me for this competition. Of course he excitedly said yes. He had 3 competitors for this competition and this was his first show not competing but just coaching “guess he needed a break from winning”. He had guys place in every category too. Multiple 1st place also. I’m very proud of him and the amount of accomplishments he’s made this far so young in theirs sport. I pray that he continues to grow on it and I am happy to support his journey along the way. Who knows, maybe I’ll do it again. It was a lot more fun than I expected!!!

Thanks Jeff Muse & Cryste Berry for showing up to support and anyone else that I didn’t get to take a picture with. Big THANKS also goes out to Celeste for sticking my me through this process. The hours of lifting, cardio, meal prep, sleepless nights and those few “cheat” meals that somehow fit our macros. You really supported me through this and cheered me on the whole way. For that, I am forever great.

I was in 3 classes and got 1st, 2nd & 3rd. Not too bad for my first show at 44. If I can do this, SO CAN YOU. Bryce is accepting new clients and he’s ready to help you make the transformation that will forever change your life. The Reese Effect
