Happy Saturday and Easter weekend! Grateful for my health and ability to just move my body. Whatever that looks like for you, do your best to make it happen this weekend. 5-10 min is all you need to start. Commit to your health and watch your mindset (and body) change forever.
Here are a few of my fav reverse lunge variations with a bonus core move at the end ☺️ Make sure to keep your core tight throughout the movement and push through your front heel.
Grab a pair of dumbbells and get to work!🔥🔥
1️⃣ Single Leg Deadlift to Reverse Lunge
2️⃣ Reverse Lunge + Lateral Raise
3️⃣ Reverse Lunge + Bicep Curl
4️⃣ Bonus!! Oblique crunch

6 loop band exercises that will burn more than just the b***y! Been getting creative lately without access to a gym but I’m not mad about it. 🔥🔥 I gotta keep moving because when I don’t my body feels like it’s 100 years old and everything hurts. 👵🏼
Sharing for those who may not have weights or gym equipment at home. These can of course be done with just bodyweight as well but these bands are cheap and come in all resistance levels for $10 on Amazon.
45 sec each exercise / rest and repeat for 4 rounds. Get it doneeeeeee❗️❗️❗️

Combo moves have been my JAM lately. Get in, get out, get on with it. 😉
All you need is a pair of dumbbells and ya whole body will be burnin’🔥 3-4 sets X 12 reps each

🔥Half burpee + punches
🔥Reverse + forward lunge bicep curl
🔥Curtsy lunge + lateral raise
🔥Glute bridge hold + leg raise
🔥Glute bridges + chest fly
🔥Glute bridge marches
🔥Pullover + tricep extensions
