HQ Wellness and Baseball Academy Baseball Instruction and Sports Specific Conditioning for baseball players ages 7-18.

Our mission is to teach and develop young athletes the proper fundamentals of the game of baseball to compete in such demanding sport. Our baseball programs are suited for athletes ages 7 to 18 teaching proper mechanics,hitting and throwing fundamentals. Also educate them on how to take care of their bodies and avoid injuries thru proper exercise and nutrition.
