I had a free 🆓 window today from 7-9am I went to the Mountain!!! And when I tell you I saved so many lives today!! The ladies was running at me saying we been looking 👀 for you 😂 😝 sometimes it’s ok ✅ to fall back, disappear 🫠 people appreciate you more.

I promise know exaggeration today at the hardly midtown. My first water 💧 aerobic class, cannot be explained. The residents went crazy over my class, one of my friends went with me and as we were driving she called me and said Keith I can’t lie you are amazing 😻 did you see how them people was loving you. And she then said it’s your energy, cause you wasn’t doing anything but working them out! I said and ya damn right. Hahahahaha
