I’ve been working hard on over the last few months. I’m trying to be real consistent about staying lifted and not resting my head down. It feels good to do hard things like show up on a Monday morning after time change. 🤪 Show up tomorrow, everyone. You can do hard things and you’re better for it!

I’ve been on a roll lately, but lady’s holiday through the weekend slowed me down and I didn’t want to practice this morning. Somehow I motivated myself with my writing and got to work. 😂 I had to follow my own advice and I’m happy I did!
