Peaches & Cream 🍑
ICY-COLD Treat for these HOT Days! 🔥

Just thread your ripe, peach slices onto popsicle sticks.
Freeze peaches for 30 minutes, then carefully dip them into your favorite Greek yogurt.
Freeze for 2 hours until solid.
Serve immediately (haha...like you wouldn't).

DAY EIGHTEEN AND JUST FOUND OUT I’M FINALLY NEGATIVE!! WOOHOOOO

Doc recommended giving it a couple more days since I still have lingering symptoms and my lungs are still a little bit weak.
So…
We WILL ~no doubt 100% absolutely~ be starting back on THURSDAY, FEB 3RD!

Welp…
Over a week later and I still have pretty nasty symptoms and just retested positive, and Doctor says no classes again this week.
I am so sorry to all of my current students and new students that were looking forward to starting class! Trust me, I’m trying to get better!

Watch here for updates, but as of right now I’m gonna say classes will start again next Tuesday, Feb 1st at 6:00!

Everyone mask up, use hand sanitizer, and stay safe! Omicron is super unpredictable and highly contagious.

Hi Strong Nation!
Unfortunately, I have to cancel classes this week due to Covid. As cautious as I am, it managed to catch up to me anyway. Fully vaccinated and boosted, so I’ll be fine, but it still sucks.
You guys stay safe and I’ll see you next Tuesday!!
