Eric Stewart, aka. Stew /stewie teaching a cardio kickboxing class before anyone else ! This post says 2014 but was very old footage I put on the dogpound page when we first started it, me and stew would talk for hours and hours going over different ideas about kids classes and couples classes and was a major influence in my life to start the dog pound many years after teaching me karate 🥋 in high school and picking me up from school and me having friends 7 years older than me thinking I was the s**t well I most definitely was cause I had a true friend for 20 years , you will be forever in our hearts and forever missed , I can hear your voice and your inspiration , till we meet again brother , love you for life ,
