Ten weeks later, we are finishing the first two cohorts of the new Core Energy Diversity Coach Certification, a partnership between Vigere and iPEC Coaching. As co-creator of this course, I am honored to have led these inaugural sessions and congratulate the participants on their willingness to engage in the deep self-reflection and learning required to leverage the power of coaching through the lens of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Accessibility.
