The Performance class is a smaller class that helps develop a canvas that skill can be built on through educating you why certain moves benefit your body, and coaching you how to do them properly. The Performance class is tailored to your body, creating a customized workout just for you. The second class we offer is our Premium Class which includes essential conditioning and intensive flow in one hour sessions weekly. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. At Training Zone, the focus is on you and your workout from warm-up to cool-down. Transform your body, transform your life.
