My core has been the MOST DIFFICULT part of my fitness journey. 4 c-sections with lateral and horizontal inscisions and a ridiculous amount of scar tissue....work, consistency, cardio & eating smart (I won't say I am the healthiest eater cuz that would be a damn lie! But I will work out more & harder when I indulge). All that to say....you can crush your goals but it all comes down to
