Lake Norfork Triathlon Weekend Participants can enter individual events or take one of two "Off Your Rocker" challenges WHAT IS "OFF YOUR ROCKER CHALLENGE"?

Lake Norfork Tri Fest is a three-day multisport festival consisting of running races Friday evening, kid’s triathlon Saturday morning, open water endurance swim Saturday afternoon and Sprint & Olympic triathlons Sunday morning. Any participant who enters the "Completely Off Your Rocker Challenge" who can complete the 10K run, 3K endurance swim and the Olympic triathlon, will be known as “Completely Off Your Rocker"! There is also a “Half Off Your Rocker” competition which is the 5K run, 1.5K swim, and Sprint triathlon.
