TUESDAY TIP: Seeing is believing....
š„Circle Correction Drill: Ball in sock, and mirror.
This drill allowed the athlete to:
āSee what she felt was mechanically right, with what she was actually doing.
āMake adjustments to her arm circle by connecting what she felt she mechanically executed, and what she visually executed.
āFocus on quality reps that she could see in the moment.
šThe goal was for this athlete to correct her mechanics by seeing and ingraining the correct arm motion with repetition during this session.
