Let’s get well acquainted with our deep breaths! 🌬️

We’re offering this virtual/online biweekly group session for those of you who may not feel the need for a 1 on 1 session specifically tailored for your personal blocks and healing goals.

This will be a general 30 minute breathwork session for the collective. When you show up to this session you can expect to leave feeling relaxed, at ease and more confident in who you are.

So if you feel like you’ve lost your balance, you aren’t focusing on your daily tasks, you feel flustered and discombobulated, this biweekly group breathwork session will help you find balance, focus better and feel more calm and collected.

We’re so excited to start these biweekly group sessions. Overtime breathwork provides many benefits emotionally, physically and mentally.
