We are SUPER excited to welcome #6 Emmaline Morris to the team for the 2026–2027 season! 💚💛

Emmaline is no stranger to Athletics Gold Tamborra. She spent several seasons within our organization before taking a short break, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome her HOME and have her back on the field in green and gold!

We are also excited to welcome parents Jordan and Meagan, and siblings Winsley, Boone, and Royce!

A few of our girls attended the Champions Fast Pitch Academy Inc. July Showcase Camp yesterday. Thank you to the coaches for pouring into our players! They had the opportunity to learn some new things, get live reps and college level instruction, and got to hang with a ton of AGT big sisters!

Congrats to our Organization’s Founder, Coach Stacy Tamborra, on being awarded the Triple Crown Fastpitch Joan Joyce TrailBlazer Award while in Colorado last week! The Joan Joyce Trailblazer Award recognizes a coach whose impact reaches far beyond the softball field. It honors a leader who has blazed a trail for the next generation through mentorship, service, character, and an unwavering commitment to helping young women become their very best!

For more than 27 years, Coach Stacy has dedicated her life to growing the game of softball and, more importantly, growing the young women who play it. As a standout pitcher at Florida State University, Coach Stacy earned All-ACC honors, ACC MVP, and ACC Scholar Athlete of the Year before turning her passion toward coaching. In 2000, she founded Champions Fastpitch Academy on Christian principles, and over the past two decades has helped hundreds of athletes earn the opportunity to play college softball while mentoring coaches and instructors who continue to grow the game!

Her success on the field is undeniable, with national championships, elite finishes at the sport's biggest events, and countless players competing at the highest levels. But what truly makes Coach Stacy a Trailblazer isn't the championships or the college commitments - It's the culture she has created! When Coach Stacy founded Athletics Gold Tamborra, her vision was to build more than a successful softball organization. She built a family - one where older players mentor younger players,coaches work together, and every athlete knows she belongs. That commitment to togetherness and developing young women has made her one of the most respected leaders in our sport!

The same values she instills in her players are reflected in her own family. Alongside her husband, Steve, she has raised three remarkable children - Malayna who just finished her Junior season at Auburn and will be graduating in December, Payton who is committed to Notre Dame, and Austin who is committed to Samford for baseball. Together, they are a family that has dedicated itself to developing athletes and serving the game they love.

Joan Joyce believed that the greatest coaches leave a legacy through the lives they touch. Coach Stacy has done exactly that. Through her leadership, mentorship, and unwavering commitment to young women, she has opened doors, inspired generations of athletes, and left our game better than she found it.

What a great year 💚 A year where we had fun, worked hard, grew in the game, challenged them mentally to be tough and while playing up and chasing growth, not trophies…But they earned a few of those along the way too 🙌🏆
