What an incredible weekend surrounded by incredible people— including this lady right here. It is so easy to spend a day talking money, mindset, marketing, building an ethical and sustainable practice, serving others while also being supported and more with the incredible Anne Rice. We had such an amazing and uplifting group and probably could have talked and shared for another 8 hours! .house.wellness!

The summer slow down seems to be hitting hard this year for a lot of private practice / self-employed folks — but don’t get discouraged — This is a perfect time to take some time to shift your energy / focus —

#1 : Focus on YOU! This year, I’m tackling another half marathon so I’m focusing some of the “slow-down” time to adding in more stretching throughout the day and restructuring my day a bit to try to get in fun movement before the day gets way too hot (the humidity in the South is REAL!) How are you focusing on you during this time? Let me know in the comments.
