Hi everybody welcome to my new fitness page. I struggled with my weight for a very VERY long time. There were so many failed attempts at losing weight. At one point I pretty much accepted that I was going to be stuck in a body I didn't want for the rest of my life. Then something clicked inside me and it changed my whole life. Not only did my body go through a transformation but my mind did too. So I created this page to share my weigh loss tips, what worked and what didn't work for me, the meals I frequently made, my favorite exercises and the things I heard that changed my mindset about fitness in general 🤗 I want to give back hope to anyone else that has been in my position ❤️
