🏈 About Last Night…
Down 21-7 in the 2nd quarter, the WolfPack responded with a much-needed defensive stop and a touchdown, creating an opportunity at halftime to settle down, believe in one another, and make the decision to be the tougher team.
The offensive line set the tone. Amos Robinson delivered some hammering runs and a touchdown. The defense started bringing some pop to their pads. And Landon Ryan put on a show.
The Pack pushed ahead 28-21, showing their heart, their belief, and the trust built through the work.
With 1:01 left, 4th-and-10 and the game tied, overtime appeared to be looming. Coach Walsh thought otherwise.
He left the offense on the field and put the ball in the hands of his senior playmaker. Landon Ryan connected with Luke Linder for a huge gain, then with :09 remaining, Ryan punched it in for his 4th rushing TD and 5th touchdown overall.
A TEAM win built on toughness, belief and trust.
The work continues. The mission remains the same.
