I had the absolute honor and the pleasure to present two trailblazers, amazing women for our very first Civil Honors Award Ceremony. Andrea Young, the daughter of former Mayor/Ambassador Young and Deborah Scott. These two amazing women are making a major impact to the State of Georgia and around the world.
