Hey LDMFIT family ,

I’m currently in Jamaica having the time of my life really focusing on living in the moment. I haven’t used much social media because I’ve just been taking everything in. This is the first time in 2 years I’ve had a break from school and I’m going to enjoy EVERY minute of it. So take some time to really enjoy life.

Its July 1st and I have so many goals I want to accomplish. July is personal because it’s the only month in 2 years I have not been in school. I’m using July to focus on accomplishing my goals as well as working on personal growth. It’s still so surreal I graduated college in 3 years with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science. I plan on using this degree to help others through fitness and health.

I used to be so insecure about how muscular my arms and back were. I’ve always been active all my life and up until college I played sports. Not until I came to college did I fully embrace my arms and back. I say this to say, don’t let people’s opinions of you dictate how you operate☺️
