🌙✨ Not everything that lives in your shadows is something that needs to be healed. Some things are simply waiting to be welcomed home.
On this Halloween night, when the veil between the seen and unseen is traditionally said to be thin, I want to offer you a different way of thinking about your own inner world.
You’ve spent so much of your life seeking the light—understanding consciousness, healing wounds, raising awareness, and becoming more aligned with your highest self.
But perhaps one of the deepest invitations of spiritual evolution is realizing that wholeness isn’t achieved by transcending the darkness. It’s found by learning to embrace all of yourself.
The parts of you that are angry, tired, impatient, afraid, or uncertain aren’t necessarily expressions of a lower consciousness.
Sometimes they’re the very parts of you that have been waiting the longest to be heard.
And perhaps your higher self isn’t standing somewhere above those parts, asking you to overcome them.
Perhaps your higher self is the compassionate awareness capable of holding them all.
You don’t become whole by becoming only light. You become whole when nothing within you has to hide from your love.
So tonight, as the world celebrates mystery, transformation, and the unseen, consider this:
What part of myself have I been trying to evolve beyond when perhaps it simply needs my compassion?
You don’t need to find the answer tonight.
Just offer a little tenderness to whatever arises.
And remember:
Even the moon needs darkness to reveal its light.
May you sleep peacefully tonight, held by the mystery of all that you are—and all that you are still becoming. 🌙❤️
