📝Just a quick tip.
👉🏾If your goal is to drop weight and shred. Do cardio first. Then hit the weights.
👉🏾If you want to bulk up or gain muscle, lift first, then do cardio after.
I’m currently in shred mode so my cardio for the next few weeks will be 30 minute spin bike sessions. Followed by 40-60 mins of weight training. I’m tryna be lean and mean 😤
