Give the gift of ACCOUNTABILITY! This holiday season! 🎄❤️🙏🏾

It’s always “leave your abusive partner”

and never

“hold your abusive brother accountable.”

Never
“cut off your violent friend.”
Never
“protect the woman he’s hurting.”

The responsibility is always placed
on the victim to escape,
while the abuser stays comfortable, protected, and defended.

Families close ranks.
Friends stay silent.
Communities choose peace over truth.

And then everyone asks
why she didn’t leave sooner.

The real issue isn’t that women don’t try to get away.
It’s that abusers are rarely isolated, exposed, or stopped.

Until society learns to confront abusive men loudly,
women will keep paying the price alone.

When Samantha said, “Please make this public,”
I felt that.

Because This post wasn’t just another Thanksgiving message, it was a reminder that surviving is a blessing too.

That being here is evidence of grace.
That God’s fingerprints are all over the parts we didn’t think we’d make it through.

So today, we honor the people who say:
“Go ahead… share it.
Someone needs this.”
