celebrating a place so special to me❤️

Cheers to 15 yrs 🎉 this place has changed and shaped my life so much. I’m so grateful to have helped more people especially who were like me discover a gym that’s built with that family feel. I’m even more grateful to have been able to change lives myself in this amazing gym. And lastly, I’m forever grateful this gym gave me a place to live for 14 months when I had NOTHING. I’ll never ever forget that and it will forever be apart of my life story.

There’s so much I could say about Lovely Bodies (now LB FIT), but Ya’ll will have to catch my book to really dive in❤️ just know.. I really love LB🥹💐🎉

This is a bit fast, but we have beginner friendly classes! DM “GLIDE” & I’ll send you the link to drop in. In gym or virtually 🔥🔥 & NO YOU DONT NEED RHYTHM! I barely have that and can step lol.
