On August 1, 2026, longtime Mazury dancers Victoria and Daniel tied the knot in picturesque Portland, Maine!

Their wedding was a beautiful celebration of tradition, featuring a live kapela, a lively kołomyjka, and a special performance by Mazury. One of the highlights was the traditional oczepiny, during which the bride's floral wreath was ceremonially replaced with a headscarf, symbolizing her transition from maidenhood into married life.

We also took part in the beloved tradition of shaking the apple tree, where six apples fell into the bride's lap, symbolizing wishes for a fruitful marriage and, according to tradition, six children in the years to come. 🍎❤️

Congratulations to the happy newlyweds! Wishing you both a lifetime of love, laughter, and dancing together. 🎉💍

We're proud to announce that members of our dance group are teaming up with Dance Group Wawel and Polish Folk Dancers Krakowiacy and traveling to Poland this summer to perform at the 20th International Polish Folk Dance Festival in Rzeszów, Poland! We can't wait to be part of the 700+ dancers attending this festival from all around the world, hope to see you there!

This year, we are grateful to have received the funding from the Polish government for our project to help us purchase authentic Polish folk costumes. Earlier this year, our dance group received 19750zł to help us purchase seven authentic costumes, with the whole sum of the project being 21000zł. This project is co-financed under the program of the Senate of the Republic of Poland supporting Polish communities and Poles living abroad in 2025. Dziękujemy!!

What an incredible day at the St. Mary Magdalene International Festival in Simpsonville!
Mazury was thrilled to share the stage with our sister group Lachy from Greenville, South Carolina, performing for an enthusiastic audience. Lachy captivated the crowd in their debut performance with an elegant Polonez and a beautiful suite from Chełm, while Mazury brought energy and tradition with our Cieszyn dances and our new Łowicz suite.
