Thank you to everyone who joined us at historic Lakeside Field for Senior Night last week. It is a testament to how strong and tight the Lakeside community is. We want to give a special thank you to DeKalb County Schools Board Member Allyson Gevertz, Lakeside Principal Dr. Susan Stoddard, and Lakeside Athletic Director Tricia Newmeyer for their attendance and support. It was a beautiful day for softball and for celebrating the seniors.
Lakeside’s record is now 17-4 with two regular season games to play. We play at Decatur at 5:30 Monday, and at North Atlanta at 5:30 Thursday.
Game recaps from the two games last week are below.
