Back in motion with my girls‼️

Back in the gym with my girls after a long 6 weeks. 🏐💪🏾
Life happens… family first, always. But purpose don’t disappear just because you pause.

Purpose: to build strong, confident young women—on and off the court. To teach discipline, consistency, and belief when things get tough.

Passion: watching them grow, compete, and realize they’re capable of more than they ever imagined. This is bigger than volleyball. This is life prep.

Working Out vs Training 💭

Working out just means moving — burning calories, breaking a sweat, feeling good for the moment.
That’s cool… but that’s surface level.

Training? That’s different.
That means every rep, every session has PURPOSE.
You’re building toward something bigger — strength, performance, mastery.

I’m not just working out anymore…
