November marks 1 year since we started our women’s fitness class. Today we celebrated more than just a year of fitness. We celebrated dedication, strength, and most importantly friendship! Proud of these women (and the ones not pictured) who choose to show up every week and put in the work to better their overall health.

We are ⭐️SO EXCITED ⭐️ to announce PLAYFIT!!!!

❔What❔ PlayFit is an 8 week group workout aimed to promote holistic development in kids. The program targets cardiovascular exercise, reflex integration, gross motor activities, fine motor tasks, cognitive stimulation, and calming techniques.

❔When❔PlayFit starts May 31st and goes until July 26th. The program will take place on Friday mornings.

❔Where❔PlayFit will take place at The Pediatric Playhouse!

❔Who❔PlayFit is specifically designed by licensed pediatric physical and occupational therapists to build confidence in movement and play. Any child looking to improve in developmental skills will benefit from this program.

❔How❔Licensed OTs and PTs will facilitate PlayFit each week. There is limited availability in the groups offered to promote progress in all participants.

Here’s to our fitness ladies, 6 months of showing up and putting in the work! Showing up that first time is hard, leaving is even harder (IYKYK) 😉 They continue to show up despite the hard and are so much stronger and healthier for it! 💪🏼
