🚨 URGENT: Concession Shifts & Season Kickoff! 🚨

Summer Ball Families, games start THIS SUNDAY and we can’t wait to see everyone at the fields! ⚾🥎

However, we have a major hurdle: multiple concession stand shifts are still empty.

⚠️ Why this matters:

The concession stand is our primary source of funding. It pays for:

* New gear and equipment 🧢
* Field maintenance and improvements 🏟️
* Keeping our registration fees low!

If these shifts aren't filled, we will be forced to close the concession stand during games. No snacks or drinks for the fans, and more importantly, a loss of vital funds for our players.

Summer Ball Families, the season is almost here and we are so excited to kick things off! We have two important items to share as we get ready for opening day.

To keep our programs running smoothly and registration costs low, one concession stand shift is required per child playing in the league this season.

Attention Atkins Summer Ball Families!⚾️🥎
We wanted to provide a quick update regarding the upcoming season. We are currently waiting on the game schedules from the IVL.
Once those schedules are finalized and in our hands, our committee will hit the ground running to:
* Coordinate the concession stand schedule.
* Review coaching assignments to ensure those coaching multiple teams do not have overlapping games between T-ball and upper-level teams.

We know everyone is eager to get the summer started! Thank you so much for your continued patience. We will post another update as soon as the schedules are available.
