FREE!!! One month free membership to anyone who participates in our "Sweat for a Vet" Challenge. Join us at the Athol Area YMCA on Friday, November 11th anytime between 7:00am-7:00pm. Submit the name of the Veteran and complete these exercises listed by each letter. Let's show our support to those who have served for us and have allowed us our freedom!

The Self Defense training with Force Defense will be cancelled for Saturday, October 29th. Please stay tuned for future dates.

The Run/ Walk 5k is still on! Join us on Saturday, October 29th at 9:00am. You can walk, run, complete the full 5k or halfway and support this amazing foundation.

Half our proceeds will support Voices of Truth, which provides resources/ information to those in need. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Staff will be available with an information booth in the lobby at the Athol Area YMCA- 545 Main St. Athol, Ma.

$15/ Drop ins are more than welcome! Come support this foundation and move your body!
