Surrender. 🤍
For so long I believed strength meant pushing through, holding it all together, and trying to control the outcome.
This season has taught me something different.
In my last moments of pregnancy, my practice doesn’t look like it once did. It’s slower. Softer. More intentional. Every stretch becomes an invitation to listen instead of force. To trust instead of strive.
Surrender isn’t giving up.
It’s releasing what was never ours to control.
It’s breathing into the unknown.
It’s allowing our bodies, our hearts, and life itself to unfold in their own perfect timing.
This yoga sling has been such a beautiful support during pregnancy, creating space where I need it most and reminding me that accepting support is its own form of strength.

While the lovely is down in Costa Rica for their retreat it is my honor to fill in and hold class for the next two weekends!

I hope you’ll join us! 3/8 & 3/15 Saturday 9:30am OSCC 1 School St. Wilmington VT
3/9 & 3/16 Sunday 9:30am Nutmeg Inn 135 WMain St. Wilmington VT

Classes are one hour, include guided meditation, breath work, movement therapy, embodiment practices, sound healing and deep relaxation.
