Slowly getting back into the swing had to take a break. If you have message me for flies and didn’t get a response I’m sorry life happens and things just have to be prioritize and flies wasn’t it. I have been focusing on getting myself healthier and since February I have lost 80 pound without the help of the glp-1 drugs those scare the crap out of me. Feeling much better and having less back and knee Pain is a huge plus.
