You don’t have to feel motivated to make progress. You just have to show up. Motivation comes and goes, but consistency is built on the days you show up anyway.

We’re on the hunt for the best coffee to serve at the club, so we stopped by Jittery Joe's - Athens, GA Cafés ☕️ for a tasting. From the roasting process to the final cup, we were seriously impressed. We’re committed to keeping our partnerships rooted right here in Athens, and we’re excited about the possibility of a future partnership with a local staple like Jittery Joe’s.

Community Member Spotlight!

This week, we’re celebrating AAC community member Morgan Brabender, who took on the 2026 AthHalf and completed 13.1 miles!

After being waitlisted for the race, Morgan was able to secure a spot and we couldn’t be happier to have played a small part in her race-day experience!

From the early morning start to those final hilly miles, Morgan showed what it means to stay committed, push through challenges and enjoy the journey along the way.

We love seeing our AAC community showing up, reaching goals and representing the club throughout Athens!

Congratulations, Morgan! We’re proud to have you as part of the AAC family!

Older adults DO benefit from strength and power training.

Strength and power help older adults stay independent, keep muscle, improve balance, and reduce fall risk.

Strength is for every age.

Wellness is better when it’s connected.

We’re excited to officially announce our partnership with Evita Wellness!

Hear from Tina, owner and co-founder of Evita Wellness, as she shares the vision behind Evita and what makes this partnership with Athens Athletic Club such a natural fit.

Evita Wellness began with a vision for a more thoughtful approach to wellness — one that considers how we look, how we feel and how we care for our health as interconnected.

AAC’s vision extends beyond fitness to create a community centered around movement, recovery, connection and long-term health — the same whole-person approach that drives Evita Wellness.

Combining advanced aesthetics, wellness and precision-focused medical care, Evita Wellness shares our belief in a whole-person approach to health and wellness.

We believe wellness is better when it’s connected, and at Athens Athletic Club, we’ve found a partnership built on that shared belief.

We’re excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to share more about Evita Wellness at AAC. Stay tuned!
